The simplest refund policy you will read today: everything on Thridy is currently free. Every icon, every download, every tool. We do not collect payments, so there is nothing to refund.
No purchases happen on Thridy right now. If anything ever charged you claiming to be Thridy, it was not us; tell us at info@thridy.com and your card provider immediately.
Should Thridy introduce paid features in the future, this policy will apply to them: you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the paid feature (for example, bulk downloads or premium assets already taken). Refund requests go to info@thridy.com and are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Any change to pricing or this policy will be announced on the site before it takes effect, and the free library stays free.
