About image collage
A collage is the fastest way to make several ordinary photographs look like a deliberate set, and the fastest way to make them look like a mess is a free-form canvas with no constraints. Fixed grids and a single gap setting remove almost every decision, which is why the result usually looks better than the version that offered more control.

How many images can I combine?
Two, four, six or nine, matching the available grids. Beyond nine the individual photos are too small to read in a feed.
Do my images need to be the same size?
No. Each is cropped from its centre to fill its cell, so mixed sizes and orientations work. Very different aspect ratios lose more from the edges.
Can I choose which cell each image goes in?
They fill in the order you add them, so the drop order is the layout order. Re-add them in a different sequence to rearrange.
What gap should I use?
None if you want the group to read as a single image. Around one percent of the width if you want the photos to read as separate items in a set.
